Once a year, all our staff from Rainbow Day Nurseries spend an exciting training day focusing on continuous professional development. In the past, this has included developing our understanding on sustainability to include the nursery environment, biodiversity and sustainable gardening, nature deficit disorder, and ways to actively work towards being a zero-food waste nursery. We have also covered specific baby training, Safeguarding and much more. The sessions are led by our management team and external providers.
