We’re thrilled to announce a major milestone — Rainbow Day Nursery is now majority-owned by our dedicated team through an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), making us one of the first nurseries in the UK to take this step! With 70% of the nursery now owned by our staff, this exciting change recognises their incredible commitment and ensures the long-term future of Rainbow, while keeping the values and care you trust at the heart of everything we do.

Building a Collaborative Future
We’ve also introduced an Employee Council, giving staff a platform to share ideas and help shape the future of Rainbow Day Nursery. By working together, we’re strengthening our team and creating an even brighter, more vibrant environment for your children.
