Our family funday was a great success, it was lovely to see everyone enjoying themselves.
Thank you to all our staff for providing a range of lovely activities from Hapa Zome a Japanese craft technique, where natural pigments from plants are transferred onto fabric by hammering, to tradition games such as hook a duck. The children also, enjoyed painting stones, making grass heads, bird feeders, planting beans, face painting and the use of a bouncy castle and soft play! We had Guess the name of our bear and we now have one proud owner.
The ice creams, cakes and the Pimm’s tent were well received!
This was all in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support and the response has been amazing – we have raised over £700 and donations are still coming through!
