Description
Rainbow Day Nurseries – Forest School Leader
We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Forest School Leader to lead and develop a high-quality Forest School provision that is purposeful, enriching, and transformative for children, staff, and families.
Set in idyllic natural surroundings, our Forest School provides a rich and inspiring environment where children are encouraged to explore, discover, and develop a deep connection with nature. You will motivate and support staff, promote reflective practice, and ensure all provision takes place within a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment. Building strong, positive partnerships with parents and carers will be central to your role, enabling families to engage with and value their children’s Forest School journey.
Working closely with the Forest School Manager, you will contribute to the smooth, effective running of the provision and support its continued development and success.
